E-mail and mailing lists

Activecampaign
Our website uses ActiveCampaign, a third party that handles e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website, you will find the 'unsubscribe' link. Clicking on it means you will no longer receive e-mails from our website. This may significantly reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign uses cookies and other internet technologies to determine whether e-mails are opened and read. ActiveCampaign reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in that context.

Outlook
We use Outlook's services for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Outlook does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in that context. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data for longer than is permitted under applicable statutory retention periods.

General purpose of processing
We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we wish to use this data to contact you at a later stage – other than at your request – we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to fulfil accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality under the agreement between them and us, or by an oath or statutory obligation.

Data automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (such as your IP address, web browser and operating system) does not constitute personal data.

Cooperation in fiscal and criminal investigations
In certain cases, Kick&rush football may be legally obliged to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by government authorities. In such a case, we are compelled to share your data, but we will resist this to the extent permitted by law.

Retention periods

We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also treat it as a request to be forgotten. Under applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data; we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable retention period runs. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced in connection with your assignment.

Your rights

Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as the data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on our behalf. Below we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we send copies of your data only to the e-mail address already known to us. If you wish to receive the data at a different e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep a record of processed requests; in the case of a request to be forgotten, we record anonymised data. All copies of data will be provided to you in the machine-readable data format we use within our systems. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.

Right of access

You always have the right to inspect the data that we (have) process(ed) and that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all data to the e-mail address known to us, along with an overview of the processors who hold this data, stating the category under which we have stored this data.

Right to rectification

You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process(ed) and that relates to your person or can be traced back to you corrected. You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data has been amended.

Right to restriction of processing

You always have the right to restrict the processing of data that we (have) process(ed) and that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to data portability

You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send copies of all data about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties to the e-mail address known to us. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue our services in such a case, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
