About this shirt
Description
This is a vintage shirt commemorating the plane crash at Zanderij on 7 June 1989.
Also on board were many members of the so-called "Kleurrijk Elftal" – a group of Surinamese-Dutch footballers who had come to Suriname to play matches. In total, 176 of the 187 people on board lost their lives in the disaster. It was the worst air disaster in Surinamese history. On the front of the shirt you will find the text: "MEMRE DEM", which freely translated means "Remember Them".
The shirt is in good condition. An official product of Umbro.
Exclusively available at Kickandrush.
